Appointments are available all day. Please phone 0345 337 9933 for surgery times of individual doctors and clinics run by our nurses.

Please telephone before NOON if possible for an appointment. You may consult with any of the doctors. This way, you can have the greatest choice of appointment time.

Emergency Cases: Any emergency case will always be seen the same day.

Test Results are available after 2pm.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone the practice on 0345 337 9933 to cancel your appointment.

Sharing of Information

steth_keyb1Our practice adheres to the New General Data Protection Regulation 2018   Identifiable information about you will be shared with others in the following circumstances: 

  • To provide further medical treatment for you eg. From district nurses, OOH and hospital services.
  • To help you get other services eg. From the social work department. - this requires your consent.

When we have a duty to others eg. In child protection cases.  Anonymised patient information will also be used at local and national level to help the Health Board and Government plan services eg. For diabetic care. 

If you do not wish anonymous information about you to be used in such a way, please let us know.

What Do You Think? 

The practice aims to provide the best service to patients registered with us.  We are constantly reviewing the level of the service with a view to continual development.  A copy of the Patients’ Charter can be obtained from the Practice Manager.

Violent/Abusive Patients

If a patient is violent or abusive to a member of our primary health care team or people in the surgery, we may call the police, and we may ask the Health Board to remove you from our list.
