Online Appointments -

This new system is where patients can book and cancel appointments using the internet even when the practice is closed. Patients must provide the correct telephone number and email address and will notify the practice of any changes.

The first step to access these services is to complete a registration form which you can pick up at the practice.

Once we process the request, an email will be sent containing instructions on how to register for the service and create a user name and password. This will be on an individual basis and a form is required for each family member. The registration of children will expire when they reach 14 years of age and a new application will be required.

Once registered patients will be able to view their list of repeat medication and can select the items required and book and cancel routine GP appointments up to four weeks in advance.

Patients can withdraw consent (opt out) at any time by informing the practice.

Health Check

If you are 16 or over and have not been seen for 3 years (or 1 year for those over 75) you can request a check up if you wish.
