Online Prescriptions -
How to request repeat medication using the internet even when the practice is closed. Patients must provide the correct telephone number and email address and will notify the practice of any changes.
The first step to access these services is to complete a registration form which you can pick up at the practice.
Once we process the request, an email will be sent containing instructions on how to register for the service and create a user name and password. This will be on an individual basis and a form is required for each family member. The registration of children will expire when they reach 14 years of age and a new application will be required.
Once registered patients will be able to view their list of repeat medication and can select the items required and book and cancel routine GP appointments up to four weeks in advance.
Patients can withdraw consent (opt out) at any time by informing the practice.
Otherwise please download and complete this form and bring it into reception.
Our practice operates a repeat prescription system for certain prescriptions. The doctor will be happy to discuss with you whether the system would be suitable for you.

However, when machine is full you will be unable to leave a message. Staff endeavour to clear the machine as quickly and safely as possible to avoid too much delay.

Only drugs that have been added to your repeat list will appear. However, not all medication that you receive regulalry can be added to a repeat list and this can be discussed with your GP.
Your prescription can be collected at the practice within 2 working or sent to a local pharmacy of your choice within 3 working days.
